Why I Created
“Changing a Beautiful Mind”

Changing a Beautiful Mind was born out of the need to help shift the perspective of faulty thinking. Too often, one’s thoughts and behaviors are shaped by toxic and/or dysfunctional environments. Rooted in faith and guided by Christian principles, my mission is to provide the tools and empowerment needed to transform a beautiful mind. As Romans 12:2 reminds us, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” My goal is to help individuals embrace this renewal, breaking free from limiting beliefs and stepping into a life of purpose and positivity.

What I’ve Done as
“Changing a Beautiful Mind”

As a mental hygienist, I have coached clients individually, helping them shift their perspectives on a
variety of life challenges. I have also worked with couples, guiding them toward more fulfilling
relationships with each other and those around them. My approach is deeply influenced by faith, helping
clients build not only a positive mindset but also a stronger spiritual foundation. Additionally, I facilitate a
women’s group, providing a safe space for women to express and navigate life’s challenges through
faith-based guidance. I have also spoken at a men’s conference associated with The Tables, a
community-based organization. After speaking at their Men’s Conference, I was invited to join TheTablez
LLC. A community based organization where I will be working with Non-Active adult female gang
members. As well as some of their families.

One of my closest clients struggled with negative thoughts for years. In just 6-8 weeks, I guided them
through a mindset transformation, helping them shift their perspective, build a habit of daily affirmations,
and cultivate lasting positivity. The results were incredible. To this day, they continue to live a fulfilling,
empowered life. It’s amazing what the right guidance can do!
